"Throughout my early years, my parents and teachers played a major role encouraging me to pursue a career in art. After graduating high school, I received my formal art education at the American Academy of Art in Chicago, Illinois.
For 35 years, I worked as a freelance Illustrator and Graphic Designer, working with companies like Kellogg, Upjohn Pharmaceutical (Pfizer) and the Stryker Corporation before turning to fine art full time. Art and all forms of art, especially western and western wildlife art, have played a major role throughout my life. My work now and in the future remains committed to the beautiful landscapes and wildlife of the American West." - Colin Alexander Vertical Divider
